If you can’t find a solution to an illness or other problem in the loft, you can ask for help by email.

In this case, please keep the following points in mind:

Try to describe the symptoms and history as accurately as possible, but to the point.
If possible, attach good quality photos or video.
Describe if treatment has been given, with what medication and the results of the treatment.
